What impressed us from the start about Advantage Partners is how they excelled at two important criteria that distinguish good search firms. Those of us who have been called by search firms know that it is rare to feel that the managing partners and support staff take a personal interest in your candidacy. And there is often a superficial treatment of the job opening and most importantly the culture of the company looking to fill a position. We are happy to say that Advantage Partners excelled at both!

As candidates, it was readily apparent to each of us that they had done extensive homework on the company and the workplace dynamics. With the input from their “camp out,” as they call their in-depth interviews of the company, it was easy to understand what to expect walking into the interview process and ultimately into the company. It facilitated the ability to hit the ground running. Along the way, not enough good things could be said about the interaction with the managing partners and at all levels of the support staff.

And it just didn’t end with placement. There were many follow-up calls to check in and help assist in transitions and ensuring that all was what was expected and going well. When it came time to fill a key senior management position, we turned again to Advantage Partners, who were able to fill the position quickly, based on their understanding of the company and its direction.
