Dave Roush

Chairman

Dave Roush has served as Advantage Partners’ Chairman and as an active board member since 2004.

Mr. Roush founded Insurance.com in 2000 and served as its CEO and Chairman through 2009. Under his leadership, Insurance.com grew to become the largest on-line auto insurance agency in the United States.

Previously, his career spanned nearly two decades in marketing and executive leadership roles with Progressive Insurance. Most recently, Mr. Roush was Division President of Strategic Alliances. He also served on Progressive’s Executive Policy Team helping to form and execute strategic and operational directions company wide. Concurrent with his Progressive tenure, Mr. Roush was an angel investor and active board member with American Cybercasting. Earlier in his career, he worked for automotive industrial suppliers in marketing and finance.

Mr. Roush is a Harvard Graduate School of Business alumnus and a magna cum laude graduate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He serves on the boards of several community non-profit organizations.
